The stay voucher includes:
- 1 night in a comfortable, double Deluxe room with a beautiful mountain view
- 1 exquisite buffet breakfast in the hotel's KICARZ Restaurant
- 1 buffet dinner or, when occupancy is lower, served at the table
- unlimited access to the Wellness Zone, including: swimming pool with water massages, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi (sometimes unavailable during winter), a complex of three saunas (dry, wet, IR), salt grotto with an indoor brine graduation tower, Kneipp path, and fitness room,
- wireless Wifi throughout the entire facility
- the possibility to use billiards

Important information:
The voucher can also be used for services exceeding its value. In such a case, the payable amount will be reduced by the voucher's value.
The voucher does not cover package periods, holidays, or long weekends. The voucher cannot be redeemed if hotel occupancy prevents making a reservation.
Terms:
- The voucher is valid for the period stated on it, from the date of purchase.
- The voucher and its number can be used once, upon presenting the voucher during check-in or visit at the hotel.
